Yonking, China, has two fully automated Savani production lines. As a model of world-class flexible processing technology for metal sheets, Savani's S4+P4 metal sheet flexible processing line integrates Savani multi-row automated warehouse, S4Xe punching and shearing composite center, P4Xe multi-sided bending center, various stacking and turning devices, and is one of the effective metal sheet production methods.

The S4 punching and shearing composite center and the P4 multi-sided bending center are integrated through PACK-MODE and STACK-MODE software, and are mechanically connected in the middle by a handling and conveying device, allowing the S4 and P4 devices to have a two-way real-time dialogue. The S4 can cooperate with the P4 using adaptive technology, optimizing and balancing the production cycle according to the actual processing conditions of the workpiece on the production line, switching to tabletop or buffer feeding processing during operation, or stacking the workpiece on a pallet again during operation. This optimizes the entire production line from processing, logistics to inventory.
